Majestic Concert Black Series Concert Toms feature birch shells that emphasize mid-to-high frequencies to help cut through a band or an orchestra. These single-headed 6" and 8" drums are more articulate and attack-heavy than the equivalent double-headed models. SONIClear mounts completely isolate the shells from any mounting hardware, letting them vibrate longer and more actively to give you an extended decay and no choking. Single-screw low mass lugs contact the shells as little as possible for the same reason.
