Turkey Trot Registration Form


We know how important it is that your package arrives in a timely manner and with the utmost care. 
Below are the shipping guidelines we follow:

  • Orders are shipped within two business days of receiving your order/payment confirmation. Shipments are only sent after the credit/debit card payment transaction has been confirmed as approved. 
  • An email to the address provided on the order form will be sent when the package is shipped. This will include the packages tracking number. 
  • Your package can be delivered by the USPS, UPS, or if you are in our service area you may choose to have your merchandise delivered to your school free of charge on one of our weekly trips to your school. 
  • Every package is insured for the total amount of the purchase. Its better to be safe! 
  • Instruments and accessories will be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. 
  • Shipping rates are determined by your packages size and weight, from our zip code to yours, along with the service (ground/air) you choose. 
  • We require a signature at the time of delivery. 
  • Damage claims should be made with your chosen carrier. Be sure to save all packaging materials and box for inspection 
  • Refunds for damage claims will not be issued until your carrier determines the claim is authorized.
