Summary
Bundy clarinets have been used for decades and will continue to be used in the decades to come. The Bundy Resonite 1400 was introduced in 1948, and by 1978, one million of them had been sold. The Bundy brand was created by Selmer as a tribute to George Bundy who help grow Selmer to one of the major instrument manufactors in the U.S. Even though Bundy was bought out and the original instruments are no longer manufactured,  with a little TLC they have remained an affordable and dependable  option for beginner musicians to this day.
